Call to Action
The National Testing and Supplies Team have released a Request for Information (RFI) to engage the market for potential suppliers who can help meet growing demand for COVID-19 tests.
As part of the COVID-19 Moonshot programme the Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC) is seeking to procure sample collection consumables for COVID-19 testing. This is to help scale up to meet the ambitions for mass testing in response to projected winter demands and beyond. Industry is key to supplying the volume of consumables needed to meet the expected high demand. The target audience is suppliers and manufacturers of swab testing kits and consumables suitable for use in COVID-19 testing.
